Dark circles under the eyes are the biggest problem for teenagers. It will affect every ones appearance more than wrinkles or grey hair. But still you can minimize the Dark circles under your eyes by following some simple things. In this article I have given the tips on how to reduce and remove the dark circles under  eyes.

Step 1: Sleep Well
  • Deep sleep helps to remove dark circles. Lack of sleep increases the appearance of darkness under the eyes and reduces blood circulation. 7-9 hours sleep is necessary to every one.
  • Alcohol and drugs can deeply affect the quality of your sleep. So try to avoid these things.
  • Lacks of vitamins are also affecting your sleep. Get adequate vitamins that assist sleep.
  • Before going to bed, it is necessary to remove all eye makeup. Otherwise your eyes can look much more tired on a daily basis.
 Step 2: Take care of allergies
Allergies can cause common skin discoloration under the eyes. If allergy is the root of your problem then remove the allergen from you. If you cant find the allergen then talk to a dermatologist to determine the allergen.

Step 3: Eat healthy foods
  • Eat healthy food and drink plenty of water. Dark circles and puffiness are often attributed to lack of vitamin K or inadequate antioxidants.
  • Eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Take cabbage, spinach and other leafy green vegetables in a daily basis.
  • Take a daily vitamin supplement if necessary. Get adequate fluids to improve circulation.
 Step 4: Reduce salt
Consuming too much of salt also can reduce your blood circulation and cause the blood vessels under the
skin to appear bluer. So try to avoid this habit.

Step 6: Avoid Smoking
Smoking is one of the dangerous habits that causes vascular problems and make your blood vessels
appear more prominent and bluer.

Step 7:Don’t get tensed
Always be relaxed. Stress can prevent you from sleeping eating and resting. Skin always reflects the
emotional and physical ailments. So don't dismiss the need to relax lightly.

Step 8: Accept what you can't change
Heredity is also one of the reasons for dark circles. This doesn’t mean that you can’t do anything about the
conditions, but you should be prepared for minimal success when trying to get rid of them.
