Beauty tips for Beautiful Eyes

Beauty tips for Beautiful Eyes

Eyes are the very precious part of our body and they need special care. It is also the more attractive because it will be the one to be noticed first by everyone.  This is why it's important to make sure that your eyes look their best when attending to your makeup and care routine. Take special care in the choice of eye make-up. Don't use make-up that can irritate and harm the eyes. Eyes are the true reflection and expression of your face and if proper care is not taken, eyes can become dull and leave their right condition.

Following are some great beauty tips for your eyes:
  • Avoid eating salty food as it causes water retention and the skin around your eyes will become bloated and puffy.
  • Drink plenty of water which helps in getting beautiful eyes naturally.
  • Stop smoking and drinking too much of alcohol also contributes to redness in the eyes.
  • It is necessary to take sufficient rest for your eyes.

Beautiful Eyes
  • Always remember the skin surrounding your eyes is ultra sensitive. Tugging, rubbing, and scrubbing can permanently damage this area and will eventually cause the formation of tiny lines and wrinkles. So avoid doing it.
  • Apply cold compresses to tired or puffy eyes.
  • Applying tomato and cucumber to the eyes are helpful in cases when you want to relax your eyes.
  • Eye exercises can be done in such a way that you close your eyes and start rotating your eye ball in all the directions. You have to do this for at least 2 minutes.
  • Carrot and black pepper are really good for your eye sight.
  • Do not ever sleep with your eye makeup because it is very unhealthy.
