Tips to smooth rough Feet

The heel is the one of the most common complaints that has been experienced by many peoples. Irritated, dry skin can be uncomfortable and annoying, especially when dryness strikes the feet. Dry feet often become itchy and callused. Sometimes the dryness leads to flaking, cracking and soreness. 

Now get rid of rough feet with an easy foot treatment that uses a combination of aspirin and lemon juice. This mixture helps to soften the calluses that form on your feet, making them easier to remove. Using this easy method a few times will help give you the soft feet you desire for.

Ingredients:
Feet
  • 5 aspirin tablets
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon water
  • Towel or old socks
  • Washcloth
  • Pumice stone

Instructions:
Step 1: Crush five aspirin tablets and mix them with ½ teaspoon of water and ½       teaspoon of lemon juice to make a paste.
Step 2: Apply the paste to calloused and dry area on both feet.
Step 3: Wrap each foot in a warmed towel or put on warmed socks.
Step 4: Relax with your feet wrapped and elevated for 10 minutes.      
Step 5: Remove the towels or socks and wipe away the paste with a wash cloth.
Step 6: Use a pumice stone to aid in the removal of the dead skin.
Step 7: Apply your favorite foot cream and put on a fresh pair of socks.
Step 8: Perform this foot treatment several times in one week until you get the results you want. After that, use the treatment once in a week for further maintenance.
